How inzpire.me helped ARK stay on trend and engage a young audience on TikTok
We’ve only had good experiences with inzpire.me and our campaign manager. This campaign enabled us to reach and engage a younger target group that’s otherwise hard to reach in our traditional channels. It’s also been a great way to learn more about TikTok as a new platform to reach this target group and what type of content engaged them!

The challenge
ARK Bokhandel is Norway’s biggest bookstore chain with 151 stores across the country. Their goal is to make it easy for people to search for and buy any category of books in stores, online, or from their phones.
For this campaign, ARK wanted to work with inzpire.me to inspire their target audience to read more and take a book with them — whether they’re on the go, on holiday, or simply enjoying the sun in a park!

The approach
Our customer success team got to work by coming up with a creative strategy that would help ARK take advantage of a current TikTok trend and authentically highlight their book selection. Their approach was to:
Capitalize on trends: Our team knew it was important to use current trends. That’s why they had the influencers incorporate the “What’s in my bag?” trend in this campaign!
The influencers were asked to make creative 30-second unboxing videos that showed their audience what essential items they had in their bags this summer, with one of those items being a book. This helped their content look and feel more organic, which resonated with their audience. The influencers also encouraged their audience to pick up a book of their own from ARK’s vast book selection!
Pick the right influencers: To help ARK successfully appeal to a younger audience, choosing the right influencers was key. Our team focused on finding 4 lifestyle influencers with friendly, bubbly personalities and a polished aesthetic that people would aspire to have. The influencers who fit these qualities would be able to inspire their audience to pick up a book!
